Please be sure to check the following before making an inquiry:

1. Inquiries regarding service details and cargo delivery. Inquiries regarding the delivery of luggage (cargo) received in Japan (before it is handed over to a domestic delivery company) and sent from Japan. [Notes]
1. For general information about cargo tracking, please see the "Cargo Tracking FAQ."
2. For domestic deliveries within Japan, please refer to A4 and A5 in the "Cargo Tracking FAQ." After the domestic delivery company has collected the package, it will be displayed on the tracking screen. The delivery company will be handed over to the domestic delivery company's website (Japan Post). When "Delivery Number: 16~, 62~ (domestic delivery company's tracking number)" is displayed on our tracking screen (see display example), you will be able to track your package domestically on the domestic delivery company's website (Japan Post). After this display appears, please contact the domestic delivery company to inquire about the package.
3. Tracking numbers for shipments handled by our company are 16-digit or 12-digit numbers beginning with A or E. If the tracking number you are checking does not fall under any of the above, it is not our tracking number. Please check with the seller or sender directly. *For shipments that end with an alphabetical character, such as EPG~, AMXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXYP, EBXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCN, if the tracking message displays "★The shipment number you entered is not a shipment handled by our company. Please check the shipment number.", please note that it is not our tracking number. Please check with the seller or sender directly.
4. Inquiry numbers beginning with DA~ or 99~*, 9~, or other numbers are not tracking numbers handled by our company. *These are tracking numbers for packages handled by Amazon's designated domestic delivery provider, and can be tracked through your Amazon purchase history in your Amazon account or through Amazon support, so we do not handle them.
5. Since tracking cannot be done using the tracking slip number, please obtain a "tracking number" from the seller or sender. If shipped via ECMS, a 16-digit number beginning with A or E or a 12-digit number will always be assigned. If you do not receive this number, please inform the seller or sender and obtain the correct "tracking number."
6. We cannot handle inquiries regarding the contents of the shipment, replacement shipments, refunds, returns, or order cancellations. Please contact the seller or sender directly.
7. Our company does not handle imports from China to Japan.
8. For cargo delivered from China to Japan, please contact the customer service of the mail order company.
9. Depending on the settings of your device, you may not be able to receive emails. Please set your device to allow "@ecmsglobal.com" in your domain settings in advance so that you can receive emails.
