We would like to inform you as follows regarding shipments to the US by customers who have not yet signed a contract .


Currently, due to the impact of tightening regulations at the U.S. Customs, we have confirmed cases where declaration procedures are suspended or put on hold, and additional costs are incurred when clearing import customs after arrival in the country.


In light of this situation, we regret to inform you that we have decided to temporarily suspend the acceptance of parcels bound for the United States from customers who have not yet signed a contract .


For customers who are considering continuing to use the service for the US, we will respond to your request individually. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you contact our sales representative.
