Thank you very much for using our services.

The US government has abolished the tariff exemption system ("de minimis" system) for imports of low-priced goods effective August 29, 2025. This will abolish the duty-free declaration method that previously applied to goods priced under $800, and all imports will be subject to tariffs regardless of value.

<Regarding our parcel shipping service to the United States> Due to recent changes in the US system, we have established a service provision system based on individual contracts to ensure that our customers can continue to ship parcels to the US safely and smoothly.

  • Target country: United States of America (USA)

  • Shipping by individual contract: Customers who have signed an individual contract with us can continue to ship packages to the US as usual. [Important] We can accept shipments on the condition that freight and customs duties are prepaid. Our sales staff will provide you with details.

  • Information on new contracts: If you do not currently have an individual contract with us and would like to continue shipping packages to the United States, we ask that you enter into an individual contract.

If you are interested, please contact our sales staff to discuss the contract .

[Temporary suspension of checked baggage (for customers without individual contracts) ]

We regret to inform you that for customers who do not have an individual contract with us , we will temporarily suspend the acceptance of packages bound for the US until we are able to respond to changes in the US tariff system . (We have suspended the acceptance of packages arriving at our warehouse from Wednesday, August 20th.)

*Packages that arrive at our warehouse after Wednesday, August 20th will be returned.

*The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer.

*Shipping to countries and regions outside the United States will continue as usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding that this is a response to changes in the US system. We will continue to do our best to support our customers' international logistics, so we appreciate your continued patronage.
