Reasons for joining and applying

In my previous job, I was involved in B2B international logistics in the airline industry. Around 2015, I started hearing the term "cross-border e-commerce," and witnessed its incredible growth. I thought it was an interesting industry, so I decided to change jobs.

One of the reasons I decided to join the company was because I was very impressed by ECMS Japan's unique feature as an "LCC in the logistics industry."

Current job description

Currently, as a section manager in the Sales & Marketing Division of the Sales Department, I am involved in sales activities for existing customers as well as marketing activities such as promotional activities and product development to make ECMS known to more people.

I find it rewarding every day to brush up on our existing services through trial and error in order to satisfy our customers.

What I'm glad about is that I joined the company

Our company is a young company, founded in 2016, and has a corporate culture that allows us to take on any challenge.

I myself have been given many opportunities to take on challenges.
