Reasons for joining and applying

I came across ECMS Japan's recruitment page when I was looking for a job where I could utilize my Japanese and Chinese language skills and accounting skills.

Although I had little experience in accounting, I applied because I wanted to advance my career. The interviewer was very kind and I was able to tour the company, so I felt it seemed like a comfortable place to work and decided to apply.

Current job description

Accounting work requires that the balances on the books and the actual balances match. There is a lot of detailed work involved, which can be mentally and physically taxing, but there is a great sense of accomplishment when you can identify the cause of the discrepancy and adjust the figures to the correct ones.

That's what makes this job rewarding.

What I'm glad about is that I joined the company

I got married after joining the company and am currently raising a child who is 1 year and 5 months old. After taking maternity leave and childcare leave, I returned to work and am now working reduced hours. The company also has a system that allows me to choose my working style, and I work from home one day a week.
