When procuring goods and services, we comply with laws, regulations, and social norms.
In order to maintain healthy relationships with suppliers based on the principle of fair competition, we will not engage in any actions that could be deemed as receiving personal benefits from our personnel when procuring goods or services.
In addition, we will refrain from sending New Year's cards, mid-year gifts, or year-end gifts to all of our suppliers and related parties.
