We are pleased to announce that you can now use our new baggage compensation service, "ESE Care," when using Standard Express.

We have received many inquiries and requests from our customers regarding compensation for packages shipped overseas, and we have released this service to respond to these inquiries.

Please take advantage of this opportunity.

Service Overview:

ECMS Japan's "ESE Care" is a service that provides additional compensation for damage or loss that occurs during transport of your valuable luggage.

We will not only compensate for the item you shipped, but also cover the costs of shipping a replacement, returning the item to Japan, or disposing of it locally.

Service specifications:

Service name: ESE Care

Application fee: 300 yen (excluding tax) 330 yen (including tax)

How to use: Apply through WEB SHIPPING

This service can be applied for as an option when ECMS Japan and the shipper have signed an individual transportation contract.

Maximum compensation amount: 200,000 yen/case *Please check the terms and conditions for compensation application.
