■ Size restrictions for acceptance

(China): Width 150cm or less, total of three sides (length, width, height) 300cm or less

(Hong Kong): Longest side 150cm, total length, width and height 170cm

(Malaysia, Singapore): Longest side 160cm, total length, width and height 170cm

(Korea): Longest side 100cm, total length, width and height 160cm

(Taiwan): Width 80cm, height 60cm, total length (length, width, height) 170cm

(Thailand): Longest side 70cm, total length, width and height 120cm

(Indonesia): Longest side 105cm, total length, width and height 170cm

(Vietnam): Longest side 150cm or less, total length, width and height 170cm

■Minimum size that can be accepted

15cm (L) x 10cm (W) x 0.5cm (H) *Luggage with dimensions less than the above (L, W, H) will not be accepted .

1. The fee applies to one package.

2. The billing weight will be the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight.

3. Calculate the volumetric weight: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 6000

The unit of the value calculated using the above formula is kg, and is rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg.

Example) Actual weight 10kg, size 50cm x 50cm x 50cm

Volume weight: (50✕50✕50)/ 6,000 = 20.833333…kg

Billed weight: 21.0kg (rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg)

4. The shipping fee is the fee from receipt of the goods until delivery is completed at the destination. It does not include fuel surcharges , packaging fees, or other surcharges.

5. Taxes and public charges at the destination are not included.

6. Delivery days: This does not apply in the event of force majeure beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs inspections.

7. Refunds for Cancelled Shipments

・Before the package is shipped (while it is in your possession): Full refund

・After shipment (before export declaration): 60% of the payment amount

*To cover the administrative fees associated with online settlement processing, cancellation fees and cancellation of the transportation contract,

Or minus any costs incurred up until the time of cancellation.

Example: If the online payment amount is 1,040 yen, 1,040 yen x 60% = 624 yen will be refunded.
