Notice of change of domestic shipping company

Thank you very much for your continued patronage.

We would like to inform you that we will be changing our domestic delivery company from Sagawa Express/Yamato Transport to Japan Post.

The change schedule is as follows:

Eligible: Luggage shipped out after April 10, 2024

■ Change in domestic tracking number format

Please note that 12-digit numbers starting with 62 or 16 will be delivered by Japan Post.

*For the time being, delivery will be handled by three companies: Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and Japan Post.
