Export Customer Service Representative
ECMS is a global logistics company with operations in three areas: international delivery, forwarding, and logistics. We currently operate our international delivery business in Asia, primarily in Southeast Asia. Our delivery services cover areas such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. We are currently in the process of in-house delivery arrangements. We have integrated logistics with staff at each supply chain base, providing strategic support for cross-border e-commerce growth.

Support for clients in international air freight (international logistics) exports

・Responding to customers via email and phone (80% corporate, 20% individual)
・Conducting regular meetings with major clients (online or in-person)
・Communicating and coordinating with overseas distributors
・Setting up export operations with new clients
選考プロセス
Before making a job offer, we plan to conduct a document screening process, two interviews, and one SPI exam. (The SPI exam is an aptitude test only; it does not assess academic ability.)

- 3+ years of experience in international transportation-related business or equivalent business knowledge.
- Japanese (native level)
- English or Chinese (You will communicate with IT staff at our headquarters in China via email and chat.)
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
