In charge of logistics warehouse systems
ECMS is a global logistics company with operations in three areas: international delivery, forwarding, and logistics. We currently operate our international delivery business in Asia, primarily in Southeast Asia. Our delivery services cover areas such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. We are currently in the process of in-house delivery arrangements. We have integrated logistics with staff at each supply chain base, providing strategic support for cross-border e-commerce growth.

You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and related tasks for our internal information systems.

[Warehouse Management]
◆Warehouse management (managing the work of temporary employees, etc.)
◆Coordinating internal and external operations
◆Customs administration
◆Improvement activities, etc.
[Internal Information System-Related Duties]
◆Warehouse Management System (WMS) maintenance (In the event of a problem, you will work with the IT department at our headquarters in China and related systems companies to resolve it. Ability to read and write English or Chinese is required.)
◆Maintenance of various logistics-related systems
◆Maintenance of the communication network within our logistics warehouse, etc.
選考プロセス
Before making a job offer, we plan to conduct a document screening process, two interviews, and one SPI exam. (The SPI exam is an aptitude test only; it does not assess academic ability.)

・3+ years of work experience in the international logistics industry
・Japanese (native level)
・English or Chinese (You will communicate with our IT staff at our headquarters in China via email and chat.)
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

・Practical experience in customs clearance
