Launch of "Overseas Souvenir Delivery Service" for inbound tourists

■Easy introduction of international parcel delivery services, which was previously a high hurdle for retailers

With the recent relaxation of entry restrictions resulting in an increase in foreign tourists visiting Japan for tourism purposes, we are launching a "souvenir overseas delivery service" for Japanese retailers, aiming to expand inbound consumption. This service allows you to ship products sold in stores and souvenirs from the moment you purchase them, and have them delivered to your home overseas.

Until now, there has been a high demand for overseas home delivery services from retailers among foreign visitors to Japan who come to shop, but the high transportation costs and specialized, complicated procedures required make it difficult to introduce these services.

We have also received many inquiries and consultations from retailers about developing services that can be easily implemented.

For this reason, we have developed a service that allows for low-cost shipping with simple procedures, utilizing the know-how we have cultivated in providing shipping services to individual consumers overseas through cross-border e-commerce.

Once a shipping contract has been concluded between the retailer and us, when a foreign tourist visiting Japan requests delivery to their home of an item purchased at a store, we will use our international courier network to deliver the item.
